立式搅拌缸用途：

塑料片料、粉碎料、塑料粒料、塑胶新旧料及添加色母搅拌均化等用途。主要用于原料的混合，盘内采用聚丙烯板内衬或不锈钢板，因此，不易粘料。耐磨损，采用摆线针轮减速机具有结构紧凑、操作方便、搅拌均匀、卸料输送方便等特点。配套用于有机肥设备生产线使用。

工作原理：

立式搅拌机的工作是螺杆的快速旋转将原料从桶体底部由中心提升至顶端，再以伞状飞抛散落，回至底部，这样原料在桶内上下翻滚搅拌，短时间内即可将大量原料均匀的混合完毕。

Working principle:

工作特点：

自动运转计时，马达地载保护，加料限位报警(选购)。

设备与原料所接触部分的材料均为不锈钢制作，清料容易不易生锈。

金昶泰采用内置式或分离式安装方式，使原料或粉末与轴承分离，不易卡死，大大延长了轴承使用寿命

主要结构：

整机可分为三大部分:

1.机架部分:机器所有工作体全部安装固定在机架上，该机的机架均采用优碳钢板、槽钢焊接而成，并通过了严格的产品合格认证和特定的工艺要求，已达到本机所使用的目的;

2.传动连接部分:本机采用摆线针轮减速机带动主轴旋转工作，其主机工作部分均采用尼龙柱销是传动连接器相齿和传递驱动，方便组装与维修;

3.搅拌工作部分:由传动轮通过柱销联轴器传至主轴。将物料在搅拌室内均匀的翻转，使物料能得到充分的混合，从而大大的减少了物料的残留量

Main structure:

The machine can be divided into three parts:

1.      Rack part: all the working body of the machine are installed and fixed on the frame. The frame of the machine is made of excellent carbon steel plate and channel steel welded, and has passed the strict product qualification certification and specific process requirements, which has reached the purpose of the machine;

2.      Transmission connection part: the machine adopts cycloid reducer to drive the spindle to rotate. The working part of the main machine adopts nylon pillar pin as the phase tooth and transfer drive of transmission connector, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance.

3.       Mixing work part: from the drive wheel through the pin coupling to the main shaft. The material is evenly turned in the mixing room, so that the material can be fully mixed, thus greatly reducing the amount of material residue
